Executive Coaching & a win-win opportunity

Angela McCall-Gest of Leading Minds and Sheila Gemin are both executive coaches and are working closely together in this proposition.

Have you ever considered hiring a professional development coach? And was it purely the financial investment considerations that prevented you from doing so?
If this sounds like you, then you may want to consider our offer of a limited time win-win proposition!

We are actively seeking to engage with several new coaching clients, who would like to start working with us in April – September 2017, in order to accelerate completion of a core component of our Masters in Executive Coaching studies. During this timeframe, we are offering our coaching services at a reduced business rate, to a select number of clients whose personal and professional career development can benefit from our coaching services relative to leadership, management, and personal effectiveness.

Some Background

30 years ago, coaching was considered to be something akin to psycho-babble – practiced and leveraged only by the crazy few brave enough to give it a go. But over the past few decades, various organisations have demonstrated a clear link between coaching and leadership & team effectiveness, and consequently a business’ financial performance. That’s why today, coaching is broadly accepted as a powerful way in which to focus and accelerate the ongoing development of business professionals, leaders and entrepreneurs around the globe.

The result is a phenomenal growth of the coaching industry with ever more professionals choosing to move into this field, and an increasing number of educational offerings appearing throughout the global marketplace. The challenge for clients and coaches lies in determining:

  • How to identify a good coach
  • Which learning options and/or qualifications result in high quality coaching capability

An extended professional education program – founded in scientific research and leveraging practical experience – contributes significantly to coaching capability by challenging a coach to reflect, develop and hone their skills. Prior to starting out on our study programs in Executive Coaching and Team Coaching at Ashridge Business School in the UK and at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam, we were already established coaches with our own businesses in The Netherlands. And yet in pursuing our Masters degrees, we have been able to further elevate our level of professionalism in working with our client base.

What We Offer

A key requirement in obtaining the Masters in Executive Coaching award is the completion of a significant number of successive coaching hours within a specified timeframe. Practice and reflection upon the client coaching experience, as well as upon ourselves as coaches, is the primary focus of our development journeys. And for that, we are seeking to supplement the practical elements of our study programs through a broad selection of client coaching engagements with a variety of individuals and business enterprises.

We are offering you, your co-workers and your employees the chance to book a series of one-to-one or team coaching sessions with one of us, focussed on progressing work-related challenges and / or opportunities important to your success. For practice hours to qualify, our study programs require adherence to several criteria regarding the circumstances under which coaching hours are conducted. One condition is that we can’t do it for free. And yet, we know from experience that it’s often financial considerations that prevent people from engaging a coach. So, for a limited period, we’re offering you the chance to book high quality coaching at a significantly discounted rate of €75.00 per 90-minute session (excl. BTW / VAT / Sales Tax).

We can offer only a limited number of coaching sessions under these restrictions, so let us know as soon as possible if you would like to benefit from this limited time offer.

How it works

When you decide to work with us, we’ll begin by scheduling an intake meeting to explore your key aims and goals in engaging a coach, and together determine with which of us we’d recommend that you partner. Once we’ve agreed on the parameters of our coaching relationship, including number & frequency of sessions, and agreed conditions, we’ll share with you a copy of our code of ethics, and begin our coaching engagement.

Throughout our coaching engagement, we will continue to check in with each other regarding direction and progress, to ensure that you get what you need for a successful outcome from our work together.

We look forward to hearing from you, and discussing how working with us can help you achieve your own professional development goals, as we also move towards securing our Masters in Executive Coaching.

Please give is a call or send us an email, so that we can arrange to meet up and get to know each other, and to answer any questions you may have. We are more than happy to discuss our offer and the coaching program with you in detail!
